TAMPICO CITY

Tampico it is a very important business place for metal-mechanic industries (marine platform construction). Besides that, also it´s a great city to live in, it is peaceful, beautiful, and with great places to visit, such as Movie theaters, disco, bars, and the neighbor´s beach Miramar.

Tampico also has, a great park, that it´s located at the Laguna del Carpintero (also called the Parque Metropolitano), it is a great place to spend your Sunday´s evenings with your family, you can have a picnic, go and take a look to the mos famous aligator in that area, Juancho, or you can just let you fall on the grass and spend all the evening with your loved one.

There is also (across the Lagoon) the new building, METRO, a cultural space with a museum, several halls for conferences and any kind of show or play with one outdoors, also it has a bar called La Inspiracion. Now next to the METRO, it´s being built an aquarium, I think it´ll be a great place, we had never had one like that.

On summer vacations, lots of people come from the nearest states, also from USA border, to visit the beach as well as Tampico´s hot spots and night life. The beach is not as beautiful like Cancun´s, Puerto Vallarta´s beaches but it´s nice and calm.

I think Tampico it´s a wonderful place to liv in and to visit, I love my city and I can assure you that you´re not gonna find another city like this with everything to have a quiet life and without the stress of the big cities.
